PSI Class Diagram Course

This site is a part of my diploma thesis - we are researching the effect of emotionally colored study materials on students, while comparing 2 specific approaches - competitive and playful.

The competitive one applies slight pressure on the learners:

• it uses a strict and provoking language
• displays average results of other participants
• provides statistics about the student's performance
• displays a leaderboard

The playful course strives to reward the users by:

• displaying memes after certain activities
• granting badges for achieving milestones in the course
• using a playful language in narration
